Our buildings are made by craftsmen in our own workshops to our own designs and use only the very finest materials from sustainable sources. Delivered and erected anywhere in mainland Britain by our own team of specialists, our buildings do not usually require planning permission and can add another dimension to your home and garden.
After careful consultation we will provide a comprehensive project plan including
prices, specifications and schedules. We will then construct your building in modular
form, whilst organising the preparation of your chosen site if required, or this can be
carried out by your own builder, to our specification. We then deliver the complete
building, erect, finish and decorate to your agreed specification in the shortest
time possible, leaving you with a fully lit and heated asset to enjoy, that will greatly
enhance your property for many years to come.
Our buildings are designed to be extremely low maintenance and whether you
choose rustic sawn weatherboard or a more contemporary stained or painted finish,
hardwood or softwood joinery, cedar shingles, slates or tiles, your Tiphayes Designs
